Aiken Wedding Photographer | Cecil & Jessica | Rose Hill Estate Wedding

I truly admire Cecil and Jessica. After Hurricane Matthew decided to make it's way toward South Carolina, it left these two evacuating Charleston and making them re-plan their wedding for Aiken. Then talking with them on the phone just days before their wedding, it seemed they were both very calm and taking everything in stride. Cecil is from Aiken so it made sense to re-locate everything there..which turned out to be a super sweet touch to their wedding day. I really couldn't believe how calm their wedding day was. I told them that wedding days never really go this smooth. I've had some awesome, smooth weddings this year, don't get me wrong, but this was one was extra special. I was definitely preparing myself for a rainy and windy wedding day but much to my surprise it didn't rain once I arrived. It did rain that morning but by the time photos had begun, there was no rain. How wonderful! 

Cecil and Jessica had a sweet ceremony in the cutest little chapel at Rose Hill Estate. After the ceremony, everyone headed to Hounds Lake Country Club and enjoyed delicious food, drinks and dancing. I really enjoyed spending the day with these two and their families. It was nice to see all the love between the families and especially between Cecil and Jessica. I loved the way they looked at each other, you could really see how much they enjoyed being with one another. Enjoy some of my favorites below!
